A native of Orlando, has worked in the Orlando hospitality industry since 1984, beginning as a meeting planner in the real estate market.  In 1985 she joined an Orlando based convention services company.  During her 10-year employment, Donna had the opportunity to develop technique and learn firsthand how a destination service company grows and changes.  In 1991, she was promoted to GM and was responsible for the overall revenue quota and budget for the Orlando office. In 1992 as a Vice President of the company, with offices in Orlando, Naples and Miami, she gained understanding of behind the scenes logistics, and the “DMC School of experience”.  Today, this gives her a tremendous advantage directing and setting goals for the company.  Her problem solving skills, knowledge of the Orlando area and commitment to the Destination Management profession, combined with the relationships and partnerships she has developed over the past 25+ years with clients and suppliers provides a solid foundation for Eventures.
